Saltsunbikinis.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to scramble credit card information so that customer transactions are safe and secure. Our Salt Sun & Bikinis United States website accepts for online purchases credit card payments and PayPal. If you would like to use other payment method, contact us at hello@saltsunbikinis.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Salt Sun & Bikinis uses UPS and the delivery time will change based on your shipping preference and/or destination.

We will send you an email with your order`s tracking number once it ships.

The shipping cost will be determined during check out based on your shipping preference and destination of your order. Shipping is paid by the buyer.

We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces!
We have a 20-day return policy. All returns must be sent back within 20 days of receipt. We only ask that the following requirements are met:
1) Shipped before the 20-day period
2) The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal
3) Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.
All international sales are final. Returns will not be accepted on international orders.

Requesting a return is really easy! Simply email hello@saltsunbikinis.com so we can generate a return / exchange authorization for you. You will receive full details via email once we have processed your return or exchange request. Please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges for goods returned, other than for defective items. Once the items have been received, we will send you a new one and cover the shipping cost (for exchanges) or issue a refund (for returns). Salt Sun & Bikinis cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered mail to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking number.

All items are quality controlled and checked for defects before before they are shipped to our customers. If you do receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at hello@saltsunbikinis.com .

For exchanges, we just need the item being exchanged, either the top or the bottom.
For returns, we need to get the full set (top and bottom). We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom.

You will be responsible to pay taxes, import duties and any other customs fee imposed by your country. Normally these are charged upon or after delivery of the goods.
Please be aware that SALT SUN & BIKINIS does not have any control over these fees, therefore we are unable to provide further advise. We do not calculate nor apply these fees to any order. Please contact your local customs office for additional details on any amount due and payment method.
