WHAT IS SS&B`s RETURN POLICY?
We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces!
We have a 20-day return policy. All returns must be sent back within 20 days of receipt. We only ask that the following requirements are met:
1) Shipped before the 20-day period.
2) The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal.
3) Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.
All international sales are final. Returns will not be accepted on international orders.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to Salt Sun & Bikinis for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us. We will cover the shipping cost to send your new item(s) when exchanging.
DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?
For exchanges, we just need the item being exchanged, either the top or the bottom.
For returns, we need to get the full set (top and bottom).
We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
Requesting a return is really easy! Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can generate a return / exchange authorization for you. You will receive full details via email once we have processed your return or exchange request.
Please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges for goods returned, other than defective items. Once the items have been received, we will send you a new one and cover the shipping cost (for exchanges) or issue a refund (for returns). Salt Sun & Bikinis cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using registered mail to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking number.
WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME FOR EXCHANGES / RETURNS?
We process all returns and exchanges as fast as possible, normally within 48 hours.
Returned items will be inspected and we will refund you based on your payment method or send your new piece(s). In either case, you will receive a confirmation email which will include the tracking number when exchanging.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
All items are quality controlled and checked for defects before they are shipped to our customers. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at email@example.com .
